HypeTeamStudio – Digital Image License

By downloading, using, or purchasing any digital image from HypeTeamStudio, you agree to this license.

1. License Grant

HypeTeamStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital image(s) you purchased strictly according to the license type listed at checkout.

You are not buying ownership of the image. You are purchasing permission to use it under the terms below.

2. License Types

2.1 Personal Use License

This license allows you to:

  • Save and view the image on personal devices.

  • Print the image for personal display.

  • Post the image on personal social media with no commercial intent.

You may not:

  • Use the image for business or promotional purposes.

  • Claim authorship.

  • Edit or alter the image beyond basic cropping or color adjustments.

  • Share, gift, resell, or redistribute the file in any form.

2.2 Commercial Use License

(This is only valid if purchased specifically as a commercial license.)

This license allows you to:

  • Use the image for marketing, business, or promotional materials.

  • Use the image on websites, ads, social media, print materials, and branding.

  • Use the image for revenue-generating activities directly related to your business.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or re-license the image.

  • Use the image in products where the image itself is the main value (e.g., prints, merch, templates) unless explicitly allowed.

  • Claim copyrights or authorship.

  • Train AI or machine-learning models with the image.

  • Use in defamatory, illegal, or harmful contexts.

Commercial licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated in writing.

2.3 Extended or Custom Licenses

If you need a use that goes beyond personal or standard commercial use, such as:

  • Merchandise, apparel, or physical products.

  • Large-scale advertising campaigns.

  • Exclusive rights.

  • Editorial or news publication.

You must request and purchase a custom extended license in writing. Prices vary based on usage.

3. Copyright & Ownership

All copyrights remain with HypeTeamStudio.

You acknowledge:

  • You are licensing the image, not buying it.

  • You cannot claim the image as your own work.

  • HypeTeamStudio retains all rights not explicitly granted.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited without written permission:

  • Redistributing or uploading the file where others can download it.

  • Using the image in any trademark, logo, or branding without a commercial license.

  • Selling the image as stock photography or adding it to any image library.

  • Removing watermarks.

  • Using the image in a way that misrepresents the subject, photographer, or brand.

Any violation automatically terminates your license.

5. License Term

The license is perpetual for the stated use at the time of purchase. However, it may be revoked if the image is used outside the license terms.

6. No Refunds

All digital image licenses are non-refundable. If your file is corrupted or inaccessible, you may request a replacement.

7. Liability Limitations

HypeTeamStudio is not liable for:

  • Business losses.

  • Damages from improper usage.

  • Legal issues arising from misuse or unauthorized use.

Your sole remedy is a replacement file.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HypeTeamStudio from any claims, financial losses, or damages resulting from your use of the image.

9. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
